Charlie Chambers
VP of Strategic Development & Founder
Along with being an executive, Charlie has over 30 years experience in both highly engineered industries with a strong business development career in the aerospace industry. He began his career as a manufacturing team leader at E. I. DuPont with over 40 employees and progressed into higher levels of management as a works engineering manager.
Charlie began in aerospace at Euro-Composite, Corporation securing several new composite programs and at Barnes Aerospace for Titanium Superplastic forming (SPF).
Major programs included the F-35, B-2, 787, A350 and A380, multiple rotorcraft wing programs and UAV systems.
Charlie has an extensive background in global aerospace airframe and engine programs as well as business relationships across several industries.
Charlie attended Clemson University’s School of Mechanical Engineering in SC, graduated with a bachelor of science at East Carolina University in NC, a Master of Business at University of Michigan – Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor.
Charlie is now living in Goldsboro, NC.
Kai Lin
Business Development Consultant
Along with being an entrepreneur, Kai has over 8 years experience in both engineering and business development in aerospace industry.
Kai began his career as an aircraft engineer at Avmax Aviation Services and North Cariboo Air in Calgary, Canada, and his latest role before joining C7 consulting is business development manager at Huaxun Aerospace Material located in Shenzhen, China, where he was involved in several large development programs included the B767, B737 and A320.
Kai has extensive business development experience and know how to help business developing new projects in the Chinese market.
Kai earned his bachelor degree of business administration from University of Lethbridge and has completed aircraft engineering program at Canadore College in North Bay, Canada.
Kai currently resides in Calgary, Alberta with his wife.
